Subscriptions are everywhere -- whether it's software or physical boxes, companies are taking on the power of recurring revenue. What's desirable about these models? What's the danger to them? In this session we'll answer your questions on product, ecommerce, and how the game changes when they're locked in.

Join us to hear from experts across subscription-based businesses.

You'll learn from:

Sean Cuevas:

A graduate from UCSB, Sean is the VP of Operations at ONTRAPORT, a SaaS company. Joining during the companies start up phase he saw first hand the growing pains that accompany a subscription based business. From support methodologies to customer analytics he's seen the importance of being customer focused to promote long term customer retention

An avid hiker and biker he spends his nights trying new recipes and is an unabashed fan of avocado toast.

Verity Noble:

Verity makes finance fun. From jargon buzzers to funny ice-breaker games, she’s on a one-woman mission to make sure you’re never bored.

She was named one of the top 100 in the Courvoisier Future 500, spent 3 years at the Unreasonable Institute as their VP of Operations supporting incredible entrepreneurs, and is now at Simple Startup!

She has an MBA from IE business school in Madrid, Spain (ranked 8th in the world), loves to ski, kitesurf, bike, hike, dance….. (I know, we’re exhausted just reading it) and most of all, adores going on mini-adventures with her kids.

Michael Wray:

Recurring revenue isn't just for software. Every retailer can benefit from recurring revenue. And Michael believes that when you find a coffee roaster you love, you should be able to buy a subscription box from them.
