As we face a world that is becoming increasingly diverse it is important that we understand our unconscious bias, and be intentional in becoming more inclusive. Technology is impacting labor markets, and it is becoming more apparent that we cannot have a company that has a homogeneous group dictating strategy.

If the group is not inclusive we are only targeting one customer base. During this session best practices will be explored in how best to attract diverse talent, including women and ethnic minorities. A discussion of inclusion not just diversity will be explored as we discuss ways that those in the tech world can work towards an inclusive community.
